The new magnetic and inductive kit solutions open up new areas of application for drive technology:

Thanks to the properties of their compact design or their robustness against dirt, the new inductive kit solutions are perfect for use in drive technology. Whereas the magnetic kit solutions are particularly suitable for positioning tasks, such as in stepper motors, inductive kit solutions are used for environments with large motors, such as hollow shaft torque motors, due to their flexible scalability.

The energy harvesting technology of the magnetic kit solution enables an intelligent energy supply for multiturn counting. Our inductive kit solution is available in incremental and absolute versions (singleturn and multiturn).

In order to achieve the optimum accuracy performance of the system when using magnetic kit solutions, optional calibration is possible. For this purpose, we provide a software program with which the calibration process can be carried out efficiently and precisely.

Industrial Ethernet - now also safety!

The new Sendix encoder with FSoE interface and future-proof with cyber security.

Functional safety in Industrial Ethernet is essential for the safe operation of industrial systems. By implementing safety protocols, continuous monitoring and compliance with international standards, the risk of accidents and failures can be minimized. The Industrial Ethernet encoder platform is now extended with the latest SIL2 and SIL3 certified Safety over EtherCAT (FSoE) protocol.

Specifications such as high-resolution position values, gear factor, variable integration times and much more enable optimal use in applications such as the packaging industry or special machine construction.

Protection in times of cyber attacks: The new FSoE encoder meets the cyber security SL1 requirements and supports a "defense-in-depth" concept.

The Industrial Ethernet encoder platform currently offers these interfaces: PROFInet, PROFIsafe, Ethernet/IP and now Safety over EtherCAT (FSoE).

A strong partnership - Synapticon by Kübler

The demand for decentralized automation is constantly growing. In collaboration with Synapticon, we have therefore developed a brand new solution: the ACTILINK-S integrated servomotors, which set new standards in drive technology.

Compared to conventional drive solutions, ACTILINK-S motors require up to 70 % less space and cost only half as much. They also replace several components and functions of a classic servo axis - this not only saves space, but also costs.
With our innovative, hybrid single-cable technology, the number of cables per axis will be reduced from three to just one. There will also be a total of 13 safety functions.
